Pattern Breaking
Exposing manipulative design tactics and promoting ethical user experiences in the rapidly expanding ultra-fast fashion industry.
A social currency where locals exchange skills and time, one hour for one hour.

ECHO had quietly spent 10 years building something remarkable, a community where people trade time and skills instead of just money. We needed to tell the story of how a small London time bank grew into a movement that's rethinking what value really means.
Our goal with ECHO was to mark their 10 years of community driven action through a story of radical change from a small, localised time bank, to a global community rooted in local Hubs in East and West London.
We are currently at the early stages of impact with ECHO. Our goal is to monitor how ECHO build a new economy that looks beyond just money, and fosters the exchange of real value that helps communities thrive the sharing of skills, advice, relationships, networks and goodwill.

“From the get-go, Driftime really understood our needs and brought a fresh perspective. The process has been really collaborative and communication has been excellent throughout. It’s been great to continually work with a team that share the same values as us.”
